RETURN OF GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving the product. ZAZZAA agrees to refund if the goods are returned unwrapped, with labels, clean and undamaged and with the original packaging. If you wish to return the goods ordered, please enclose a receipt or invoice and a letter stating your name and the reason why you wish to return the product.
